Clean and well staffed. Security moves efficiently. What's inconvenient is the long walk to get to the gates. The layout is one long tube. Not sure why a moving walkway wasn't installed. Also the restrooms are not well designed.

They hire idiotic security to make traffic worse in the pick up and drop off. Cars were literally few feet from picking up their family before getting force out of the lane by security and had to circle back. Security stands few inches in front of cars to direct cars, so some cars are afraid to hit them and things got worse. Maybe stop hiring security with elementary school level of intelligence.

I went to San Jose for the workshop. I ate udon at the restaurant near the Airport and then passed security checkup. After that, I had drunk Americano at Starbucks. It was really leisurely a cup of coffee to me and really delicious. There are a lot of famous companies in San Jose. We called this area as Silicon Valley. A lot of companies are competing each other with new good idea and innovational systems. We need to admire this kind of pioneer spirit.
