My son is autistic and we were excited to take him to your sensory sensitive Sundays on may 1, 2022. My mother took my son to your location in Indianapolis Indiana off of east 82 street. They have a sign posted saying they participate in sensory sensitive Sundays but when she got there it was closed. My son had a major meltdown. She waited until they opened at 11 and she asked the manager what happened to the sensory sensitive Sundays and she acted like she didn't know what was going on. This is completely unacceptable especially since it's only one time a month and they can't even be bothered to actually be open.

Was supposed to be Sensory Sunday !! Open from 9 am to 11 am for autism and sensory sensitive children with trained and knowledgeable staff . We arrived at 10:22 am doors are locked . Came back at 11 am when regular hours are and staff said no we don't open till 11 am . I said there is a sign that says 1st Sunday of the month Sensory sensitive!!!!

This place just reopened after having going through an extensive remodel. Gotta say it's looking very nice & the staff were friendly. Had a few missteps with my food order. But it was quickly rectified & the staff was very apologetic. If you got kids this is a good place to go.
