The good here is very good and you definitely get what you pay for! I especially enjoy the Baja Benedict, the cinnamon roll, and the lattes (which are served in a clear glass pint mug for the look)! I brought my mom here for her birthday and she enjoyed it.

The food was mediocre. The potatoes were AWFUL. Kind of says something when a breakfast spot can’t even get that right. The food came out cold despite the service being relatively quick…tells me it wasn’t made fresh. We won’t be coming back.

Le Peep is a nice little Denny’s-esque chain in Colorado that’s down-to-earth and simple. The Le Peep in Highlands Ranch is a clean, laid-back little restaurant with a nice staff. I had a vegetarian skillet with basted eggs that was pretty tasty. I also had a pumpkin spiced latte that was decent. The general vibe and quality of food is decent, but not really what I’d consider a “5-star.” Still, a good spot for a quick breakfast every now and then.
