I don't understand why they don't invest into shopping carts. It's pretty disappointing on this big organization not to have a basic thing like shopping cart.

I was shopping for dress pants, dress shirt, and shoes to match only found the shoes , really no selection on my size of clothing and the lines at checkout were very long I was 30th in line not exaggerating only 2 cashiers

I got on Burlington's website and it wanted to check out the purses. It just shows a few pictures thar scrolls on its own and I tapped on the picture and hoping to see a variety of purses but it just keeps scrolling to the same pictures. Same thing with every department. I had to look at other people's photos to see what there is. I was in Burlington a couple of years ago, it was messy a day merchandise on the floor. Doesn't any employee go around and pick up? I understand there's shortage in help but I went a couple year's ago before covid and it was messy. My mom use to take my brother's and I to Burlington for our coats for the Winter and bought us gifts there, too, it was nice then. It's just unorganized and messy now
