It’s probably the most unprofessional, rudest staffing company I’ve ever worked for. I’m partly deaf and they told me not to return to the company I was working for because they wouldn’t get an interpreter for me. After fighting with them on an ADA law (means they are required by law to provide an interpreter) they said it was fine as long as I brought my own, I could work there. I had to pay a friend to interpret for me. Two weeks later to my surprise, the company itself got me an interpreter for only two hours when I was working 4 hours. Then I discovered I never got my 2nd paycheck! Never will I work with them again! Be careful!

Outdoors Again (US)

My recruiter Joe was supposed to get back to me so I can start, unfortunately I missed the first day due to transportation issues, all on my part but I was told I wasn't terminated and if I did want to start I'd have to contact my recruiter, simple enough right? No. He just gets the messages and doesnt respond to them, initially he was all ready to start me but now it doesn't seem to be that way. Thanks for the inconveniences.

The 5 star reviews are fake. You can check their names against their Facebook & see that they work for Sovereign Staffing or are in someway related. For Example: Stephanie Yarbrough, Kyle Austin, Vonnie Mitchell, Cinthia Mamahua I wouldn't ever work for these dishonest people!

After working for this company for nearly 4 months I can confidently say it has been a phenomenal job and experience. Dallas (my recruiter) answered all of my questions even after I was hired on and helped me with any problem or question I had. Just do your job and be a good worker and you will not have any problems at all. I haven’t had one problem with the checks I’ve been receiving. This company is very friendly and easy to work with, would definitely recommend!
