If I could give 0 stars, I would. After seeing all the red flag reviews here, I should’ve known better to look for a car here. Our car sales rep, Elias at the used car warehouse gave little to no information about the 2018 wrangler we were looking at not to mention lacking to tell me the vehicle had been in the shop 16 different times between emission, electrical and steering issues. Luckily I ended up purchasing a same model, 2021 wrangler with 30,000 less Miles for the same price at another wonderful dealership with an outstanding salesman on top of a warranty with double the mile coverage DV offered. I will never refer anyone here again nor purchase any vehicle here. Hopefully this dealership cleans up their act and they could go without giving so many terrible experiences to car buyers

If you’re looking for a great sales experience, you can count on Shakti over at the used car warehouse!! He was able to get me in and out with my trade, and got me more for my truck to make the payments work for me! The thing I like most about Shakti is he doesn’t try to sell you anything more than what you’re looking for, which is great when you’re looking for a vehicle, no funny business, and absolutely no pressure! I’ve been to other dealers that call you non stop and try to pressure you into something. You won’t have that problem with Shakti! Thanks again for a great experience! I will be back!

Here to say Ryan Eiffe is an amazing car salesman!! This man has helped me buy my dream car at 23!! I have been to this specific location countless times. I expected people in ties with clipboards and ear pieces. Not even close. The entire team is focused, smiling, educating their customers, and showing you what route to take to get your dream car!! This department is amazing! Not once did I see or hear anybody pushing a vehicle on you that you don’t want, they try to stay in your budget, they show you options! Who doesn’t like options!? I felt right at home here. Jokes, coffee, and talking business. Ryan keeps us coming back 100% I have recommended family to him specifically and they now drive their dream vehicles. I have personally watched this man almost rip his hair out fighting with banks, insurance brokers, and negotiating numbers to make us happy! Never met a guy in sales that is so cool, hardworking , and professional. If you read this I hope you’re ready for the rest of the people I send your way! See you guys soon!
