We both got a whopper today 7-28-22 and both were cold cheese couldn’t even melt. Fries tasted old. Bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper We will tell everyone not to go there the food was horrible

I wouldn't recommend this location. First time here and the customer service was great but when it came to getting my food back, I should have checked it because my son's hamburger meat was broken in half. Even on the other one on my daughter's. Well won't be going back there. Even, they forgot to put in my other fries in my bag.

So when a drive thru customer comes in with food in hand and says "let's try this again, this is definitely not what we orded." The proper response is not "Don't get sassy with me, I didn't take your order." And when there are multiple people standing in your lobby waiting for their orders to be corrected, the appropriate disposition is to be a little more accommodating and refrain from yelling "Don't come back!" I'm pretty sure most of us don't intend to.

This location used to be better. It seems like they are experiencing an extreme worker shortage. Last time I was at this location, there was a sign recommending to order ahead because only 1 to 3 workers would be on-site during the weekdays... Also, the last few times my order has been wrong and I had to go back and get what was missing. Update (October 2021): Location has closed for indoor ordering and dining due to "worker shortage" Update (Jan 2022): Location now closes at 8 and it appears to a have a reduced menu availability again due to the supposed "worker shortage".
