Pamela took me for my 51st!!! Atmosphere was warm & welcoming..3 peice jazz band was wonderful..reminded me of back home ( moved here from new Orleans) food was excellent..wine was fine and Richard are server was a delight!!! Very casual..very enjoyable.. Thanks for the lovely evening

I can't be enthusiastic enough about my experience here. My partner and I chose Jay's as our rehearsal dinner spot, and Richard was amazing in getting everything lined up with no issues, in spite of having to deal with my poor communication and long response time for questions. The food was amazing, the drinks were great, and the staff was wonderful. It's also a lovely atmosphere; we were in a private dining room, and the main restaurant dining area looked great as well. Multiple guests told me that they thought it was the best rehearsal dinner they'd attended, and though I'm obviously biased as the groom, I definitely agree. We had a lovely experience and I'd highly recommend Jay's Bistro to anyone who asks. Thanks again, Richard, if you see this!

It was just oh right. Felt over priced and the food, just doesn't feel like it was as good as I wanted it to be for 53 dollars a plate. I think sunny Lubbock is better for food and service. Maybe that's just me though 🤷‍♀️ I also didn't like that they told us on the phone that they where very busy and they went when we went in and they didn't have the table ready. I had family from out of town that are older and can't hear and they put us right at the front door with the piano in the ceilings were tall and echoed and we couldn't have a good conversation, because it was loud. They could have put us anywhere, because they weren't busy and there was better seating with less noise. But I guess since we don't came in all the time, we werent good enough to put in the back room where there wasn't tall ceiling.
