This has been the worst experience ever! My daughter is now stranded because the information I was given by an employee was not correct and her manager failed to make it right. My daughter is a Marine currently serving at Camp Pendleton as this is a horrible way to treat an active duty service member. She now has to waste the money on an Uber or walk two and a half hours back to post. The worst part was the manage had no compassion for her situation. After this experience I will never use or recommend Enterprise to anyone.

Very disorganized. My daughter and her boyfriend waited a half an hour on a bench outside to see what cars were available after booking a reservation online. Sincerely insane

Andrea, and her staff are simply the best. I rent from this company so much, I sometimes wonder why I even own a personal vehicle. That said, I have never come across an Enterprise facility as helpful as this one. Andrea and the entire team always provide the very best customer service and experience for me. 50-stars if I could.

This is the worst rental car service I have ever received. I was dealing with Alex zarrabian, and I was told that my car reservation was not available and would have to take a bigger car. We went around the car and I let him know that I would like to have the car with a full tank of gas because it was at half take and it would be difficult to match the fuel on the return. He told me he would have to check with his supervisor Andrea Higgins. When I spoke to her she said that it was Enterprise policy and immediately told me that I would be given a ride back to the repair shop if I didn’t take the car. I would either be stranded or I would have to take the car. The worst experience i have ever had with enterprise.
