I put a deposit down on an apartment and went through the entire application process back in June - my application was cancelled due to my move date being too far out. I STILL have not received my $500 deposit. I have reached out via phone and email countless times with no response back. A unit became available that I wanted to lock in even - no response. Terrible customer service. Reviews elsewhere say the property is managed poorly and there's short term rentals (Airbnb) on site.

If you have kids, these are not the apartments for you. The neighbors are so rude. They complain all the time. Even if it is 3:00 pm, they are complaining about noise in the spa and common areas. Do not waste your money here.

I just moved in today after renting an apartment here sight unseen from New York. I believe it will prove to be the best decision I have made in years. The apartment itself and all the amenities are absolutely perfect. More so, the staff here has instantly made me feel at home. Riqa Johnson helped me with every little step of the process and welcomed me with a tour. I could not be more pleased with my new home.

Patrick gets 5 stars! He's responsive and knowledgeable, We had a weird plumbing issue, and he took the time to research it and completely resolved the issue. Jeremy gave us several super friendly tours too! 5 stars to him as well!!
