This is normally the Dollar Tree I visit, it's in a good location, lots of parking available, the shelves are usually stocked well and the store is clean. Heard of an unfortunate incident there yesterday. An elderly friend of mine who struggles to walk, held up the bags she brought and asked the cashier if she could bag the order. She was told 'no' in an unkind manner and told to move to the end and bag it. While my friend was bagging, the cashier finished ringing up the order and asked that the customer put in her credit card. Her reply was 'just one minute so I can finished bagging and the cashier told he to complete the order as she was holding up the line. I know everyone is entitled to a bad day and this may have been the cashier's, but it was very upsetting to my friend. Fortunately, a man stocking shelves came over, finished bagging her order and then offered to carry it to her car. We will still shop at this store but if the manager reads this, perhaps a word to the cashier about simple kindness would be in order.
