I rented a unit online and when I got there Nanci the property manager came out and directed me where to go. She told me about the locks that they require and told me I could buy one inside which was incredibly helpful. She went over everything with me as far as the hours and what the best way was to get out. I had problems getting the lock to lock. I asked Nanci to help me. She was so helpful. Turns out the original lock was defective so she replaced it for me. The unit I am renting was very clean on the inside. I am really happy I chose to rent here.
