Positive: The shower was nice. Negative: No microwave or frig or breakfast. Little over priced for what you got. Oh yeah if I had plan to stay longer than one night. I would have been mad as they were vacuuming the halls at 8:30am. Not impressed.

The rooms were neat and clean. The staff was friendly. Because of covid they didn't have any continental breakfast but you can't really blame that on them. The rooms did not have ironing boards and irons in them so I had to go get them from the front desk. But I can understand people steal and that's why they do things. All in all the experience was good. The beds were nice and firm and the TVs were nice.

I stayed at this location for a night last month. I hate complaining but this experience was horrible. When I arrived at the front desk I waited for almost 10 minutes without seeing anyone. Wouldn't be the big deal but I was driving for hours and had to use the restroom. I didn't even get an apology. When saying hi to a manager walking in the hall she never replied. Must of had a bad day. I won't be back.

Overall, I had a really good stay. I'm going to tell both good and bad details, but the end result is I would definitely stay again. Ok, bad stuff... lots of cigarette butts outside the door, a few less clean areas (ac/heater filter, side of microwave, a few hairs on a shelf), some fairly minor maintenance issues (sink very slow to drain, door lock on outer door not dependable), and some comfort items that could be better (tiny microwave, tiny shower stall, not great mattress, one thin blanket, ice machine felt a mile away). Now, for the good... the people at check in were great! Friendly, and made me feel comfortable, also warned me about that outer door issue. The room was, overall, clean and comfortable. The room temperature when I walked in was a great starting point to warm it up if I wanted, but comfortable enough to start. I stayed for three nights, and it was peaceful the whole time. Getting extra towels was easy (no housekeeping because of Covid). There was a small fridge and a microwave (small or not, nice to have!). The shower had good water pressure and wasn't difficult to adjust. There was a nice-sized TV and a good number of plugs for my things. I would recommend this location.
