I cannot find enough words to explain just how much that I appreciate Dr. Flaggs! She has a sense of intuition into these animals that is almost supernatural! I realize that she has had many years of experience, but something in her heart, just loves her place in this world, and caring for animals. She is a natural. From day 1, she gained our respect with her way of taking the time to explain everything to us, and properly diagnose Samson, our special kitty. We just could not take a chance and take him to any Vet. She came VERY highly recommended, and we made the correct choice. She admitted him immediately, and diagnosed him with hyperthyroidism. After administering correct meds, Sam is already on the mend, he is back to normal. It was time to change Vets, and we made the perfect choice. THIS VET is amazing! Highly recommend her, plus her staff is unbeatable! We could not be happier, wanted to thank her wholeheartedly!

I took my dachshund Howie here, it was for his annual vaccination and the whole staff was so sweet to him! He is very scared around new people but Dr. Flaggs was slow and easy with him and he adored her. Now all I have to do is tell him we are going to see Dr. Flaggs and he gets so excited! I would highly recommend them!

I love Cabin Creek Animal Hospital!!! My husband and I have been going here since we moved to the area in 2007. Over the past 15 years, never have I ever had a negative experience with a doctor or staff member of this top notch animal hospital. The doctors and support staff are compassionate and knowledgeable. I have had both routine and emergency experiences here and admire the professionalism and attention I have received from BOTH doctors as well as staff members. When my 5 month old kitten had to be taken into surgery for a foreign body removal the doctor even called me prior to the procedure to see if time allowed and my kitty was stable if I wanted her spayed at the same time. Any time I have asked for a price quote I have been provided with a written estimate without fail. If an estimate wasn’t provided the same day, one was emailed to me the following business day. Other animal hospitals in the area have been bought out by corporate vet practices and I appreciate that I still have a friendly, down home clinic to be able to take my pets to without just feeling like another number. I have never had a doctor do anything to one of my pets without my consent, from expensive lab work to a regular nail trim. I have referred many friends to this practice as it seems that no other vets in the area are accepting new patients and all have been thrilled with their experiences. My husband and I are also on a fixed income, as most people are these days and I believe their prices to be very fair. I’m still, 15 years later, not paying as much for services as I did prior to moving to this area!! I say, keep up the good work Cabin Creek Animal Hospital!!! You are a great bunch of people and I will NEVER be taking my pets anywhere else, guaranteed!!
