Choose anyone else. Company is beyond rude. Communication is non existent,the two women I spoke to were beyond rude and dismissive. Didn't receive a bill, only a letter saying I was late, literally called them the day I opened the letter, didn't receive an answer, let them know who I was and that I need to make my payment. Instead they had no problem trashing your yard and then demanding you pick it up and bring it to the edge for them if you want it picked up. Just the worst type of company. Go to anyone else. Also, if you don't receive a bill from them, then as they say, you need to be babysitting your bank statements so you know when they're planning on getting them their money. Unprofessional.

Absolutely the WORST company! The women who work in the office are a nightmare and down right liars. I have never seen such awful customer service and absolute lack of simple politeness/kindness. You do not fit in Gardner. There should be a clear distinction between your staff and what you pick up. Lies will ruin your reputation for life. I will never be back and will never recommend you.

They certainly want to be paid in advance for their service (A YEAR) and charge trash can deposit for renting their disposal containers , try to get your money back when all that comes to an end is a JOKE!! We didn’t choose to change the service , where we live did and 8 weeks later we ware still awaiting our refund!!! HOW CAN A COMPANY EXPECT YOU TO PAY A YEAR IN ADVANCE AT A TIME BUT TAKE OVER 8 WEEKS TO REFUND MONEY OWED TO YOU??? Wouldn’t suggest using them if your given a choice

I am SO frustrated with this company! Our recycables come every single week around 11, so we (as in my house hold and my neighbors) always put them out around 730-740. This morning the recyclables truck came FLYING down our street at 730 on the dot, my husband ran out to put our recycables out and they went flying by him. And when i say flying i mean it. I called in to let them know that i also had 3 neighbors that didn't get their recyclables picked up today either and when Holly called me back she had 0 plans to do anything to help us out on our street for this one odd occurrence from the routine our street is used to. So we're all stuck with recycables this wk and a very poor trash svc with little to no customer service.if you ever encounter any issues. Thanks for resolving the one issue ive had with you in my 10 yrs of being a good customer.
