Horrible place to work. Extremely dirty and understaffed, they handle the understaffed issue by firing those being effected by understaffing. Most employees are extremely tired from having to work 2-3 jobs to scrape by with their horrible wages for CNAs. They're very unresponsive and retain lazy employees who are on their phones their entire shifts and come in hours late but fire employees with no warning or discipline action previous to firing, often times these people do not get a clear reason on why they are fired. Lack of training but expecting of perfection.unable to do their management job. If you are a hard working employee, you will most likely be fired, if you sit on your phone, ignore patients, come in hours late, then welcome on in for good job security!

Definitely don’t recommend they will have you on hold long enough until you have to hang up because your tired of waiting , they don’t answer the phone , they hang up in your face , they don’t tend to patients in a timely manner you have to constantly call or ask to receive help .

I would not put my dog in this place. My daughter was in a bad accident last year. And she has been in this place for almost a year and I have had to call this place several times. She was getting bed sores, they were only giving her a bath twice a week, they were not cleaning her Colostomy bag. They were hanging her catheter bag so hight it was not working and she kept getting UTI'S. As far as I'm concerned this is not a very good place.

Do not send a family member to Meadowbrook rehab. Our 80 year old Mother was sent there for two weeks of physical therapy. The police were called to question patients because nurses were stealing medications from patients. The management there then tried to cover it up by falsely reporting that the patients refused to take medications home when checking out and that’s why the medication wasn’t sent home with them. When actually the medications were taken home by nurses there. There will be many lawsuits to hold Meadowbrook rehab accountable for their shady policies in my opinion. The one star I was forced to give is way to generous!!
