I really enjoyed my stay at these apartments. The manager, Ben, is very nice and respectful. He has been super helpful throughout my stay and with my move-out process. He has always gotten management to me within a few days whenever I had a request. The only issue I ever had were noisy neighbors, but thats bound to happen in any apartment complex. Neighbors were always nice as well! It can be super hard to get ahold of anyone in the office, but Ben has always been excellent at responding to my emails in a timely manner!

So far my experience with has been very poor. Ben the manager of the complex has the customer service of a wet towel. When applying to live at the complex Ben said there was going to be a security deposit of $300.00 only to find out when we came to pay the deposit it jumped to a full months rent.We were told that the apartment wouldn't be ready until August 3rd when we applied, but after we were approved Ben said that we would have to move in 2 weeks early because he wasn't able to hold the apartment anymore because he had already held it for 30 days even though we started the process only 14 days ago. During that 14 days we have both called and left messages for Ben only to never receive a phone call back. When I asked Ben why he never returned one phone call he said it was because he was busy. Too busy for 2 weeks to never return a phone call..... When it came time to move in and get the keys Ben didn't even remember us coming in the day before to sign the lease then tried giving me an amount for the prorated rent that was $150.00 higher than what he quoted me the day before and what we signed in our lease. So far my experience has been very poor. The apartments are nice and the maintenance team is exceptional, but Ben is a sore spot on the whole deal and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

It's lovely minus some small issues. The smoke alarms are way too sensitive. Even two small (1 inch in diameter) candles set off the smoke alarms. If I want hot water for a shower, I have to do it on a day when no one else in my apartment is showering, washing clothes, or running the dishwasher. But other than that, it's great!

I lived there for 18 months. The apartment itself wasn't horrible, a little small with cheap fixtures and amenities, but did the job. The level of customer service from the main office however was very poor. In particular the Regional Manager was extremely unprofessional and even belligerent. Upon moving out and being told my apartment was one of the cleanest they had seen at final walk through and being handed a document that indicated no issues, I was subsequently charged $145 for carpet cleaning. When I asked them if I had "cleaned" the carpets myself, would they still charge me to do so again, the answer was yes. Be warned if considering this apartment complex that you won't get most of your deposit back no matter how well you maintain the property! Apparently nothing that is normal wear and tear is their responsibility.

Yes, the apartment complex is very safe and full of wonderful people.
No, the ones next to it, Nottingham Village, are income based though.
