The place is clean and has pretty views. The host was really rude. We didn’t know that you can’t use a generator so was woken up with the host hitting my RV he was very rude and disrespectful say that we are the kind of people who doesn’t follow rules, At daylight not knowing the time not having power we started up to leave the same thing he was hitting my door saying again we don’t listen No noise until 8 am we told him we were leaving. He still added the lady sleeping in a tent across from us was a rock climber. And needed her rest. We totally understand that, we came in on a flat, no phone service, hours time difference from GA. To be Hillary at treated badly

We stayed in the trailer side but walked down to the tent camping sites couple of times. Close to the lake and a rushing creek, lots of tree cover, restrooms and water. Quieter than trailer sites as further away from highway 16. One of better developed campgrounds in the big horn mountains. Enjoy it.

This is a beautiful campground! Facilities were clean and trash was removed every day. The tent sites were far enough apart that you don't disturb others. Tent pads were spacious, picnic tables are new, separate platform for your camp stove and a metal fire ring. The best part however were the moose that wandered through the willows and the campground

This is one of the best run parks we have ever stayed in. I have never seen cleaner pit toilets. The roads, sites and tables all looked like they were just finished. The camp host Eugene was professional, friendly, informative, and made us feel like the place was very safe. We will definatly be reserving here next year.

Questions & Answers

how far off of the paved road is the camp area and would I have any trouble towing a 30 foot bumper pull trailer. Hat to get on a bad road and not be able to turn the truck and trailer around. Thanks

The road is a nice gravel road of the highway. We had a 25 foot pull behind and made the turns with plenty of room.

Is there a rv clean out available?

Not at the campground, but there is a free one just a few miles away (back toward Buffalo)
