Called about 10 times 15 minutes after they opened related to a court date and staff continued to ignore the calls. At least answer the phone and being put on hold would have been better than ringing continuously with no answer during business hours.

I got a summons to appear in municipal court because my dog didn't have a license. I got her license every year until I wasn't able to take her. She was old & so am I. I am 75 years old. I had her put down in April but these people don't care.
