staff acted like i was an inconvenience, salad didn’t have dressing packet or silverware. if it was sold separately you’d think the employee would have pointed that out.

Staff is always helpful and has a great aditude. I like buying the take and bake dishes they serve at this location from the Hyvee food up the street. They also have snack food and same bakery goods like doughnuts and assorted bakery items in the pastry case. Though by the time I get there generally they are sold out for the day. I tend to go here the most within the last 2 hours they're open.

Great place to shop. Very friendly staff. The bathrooms are still nasty. I don't think they mop the floors, or take out the trash regularly.

I've lived in Lawrence for about two years now, yet today was the first time I visited this Hyvee gas station. Every Hyvee store/station I've visited has had top-notch employees who are amazing and very friendly. The cashiers at this store are not. The one that was helping the other customer was on the phone the entire time and didn't even talk to the customer. The one who helped me said nothing but "do yu want a receipt?" And he wouldn't even look at me as though I was an inconvenience. I don't know if they're just having a bad day but the customer service makes me not want to revisit herw. Haven't missed anything by not going here the last two years...
