In response the reviewer below: My cousin is a passport agent and said if you are not a trained and certified passport agent, you are not allowed to even answer questions about passport applications.

If I could give you a no star I would.... I waited in line today just to check and see if I had all of my passport renewal paperwork in order. There were two woman in the office standing right in front of me when I was in the window and was told to ring the bell for service. I rang the bell and both women inside the office made no eye contact. There was a third woman that came out of the back saw all of my paperwork and said, "oh, your renewing... you mail that in yourself." She put an envelope down and walked into the back. I work in customer service and I'm so upset that I got treated this way. You might want to think about the people that walk in to the City Councel building who just might have a few questions and need a little help. I thought that's what these ladies were for.
