Definitely not worth the trip or money. First the prices keep getting higher and it's 20$ + for a combo of a burger and fries. The prices are actually ridiculous because the food is not even CLOSE to worth 5 dollars. I got the original burger and it was not good at all , something I could've made at home , nothing original about it. The only pro from the food is the fries and that's it .... Plus the customer service is terrible , they let anyone come in and ask for money , stay in the bathrooms to shower , and don't say anything . Lastly I found out that some workers were sick (sneezing and coughing ) while making the burgers and no mask . Please just go to McDonald's or Habit or anywhere else. You will be disappointed and disgusted if you decide to come here.

The cashier was very helpful regarding questions about the menu, BUT the food tasted like sandpaper. The vegan banana milkshake had a very strong chemical taste. Would NOT recommend!

If you work/own a service business you should know how to treat people, I went it for a Burger and employees were rude, ignored me as i was standing there in front of the counter justifing themselves saying that they were busy and didn't have any help. I understand that but if they would have said something at least and not ignore the people that was standing there, I am sure that everybody including myself would have understood. A simple " hello, be right with you" would have gone long ways.Remember you are in the service business you should treat your customers properly, if not you won't have a business to run( this goes to the business owners, you have a franchise, train your staff properly)

Only 2 customers ahead of me and they got their order within 5-10 minutes. I ordered at 11:12pm and did not get my order until 11:57pm and on top of that they miss my fries. I asked about 5 times and they said it’s almost ready. I touch my burger and it’s like not even hot seems like it was sitting there for about 20 min. Won’t ever come back to this place. Service is horrible and they didn’t even apologize for taking long or give me like free fries or a free drink for waiting almost 50 minutes. Don’t come to this place if you want to wait an hour for a burger that wasn’t even good.
