Extremely slow and frustrating service. I have never seen any other fast food restaurant ever run as leisurely and ineffectivly. Person (long hear and a cross tattooed on their cheek) that was serving me was more interested in being a comedian than anything. Was making loud comments across the room that made it hard to hear. Plus they where not wearing a mask which meant all his spittle dropped onto the toppi g bar. MOST IMPORTANTLY he jokingly stated that some toppings were a "dollar extra" which was extemely confusing. When I got my pizza I asked for condiments. They acknowledged me but did not give me any. I had to ask two other separate employees until I received them. Blaze Inc. should seek new genrral management for this location. Pizza also mid. Don't eat here.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews. But I got frustrated when I ordered my pizza, and when it showed up was not what I ordered. They told me they would resend my order which was what I thought a reputable company would do… then for some reason, I got a phone call that my order was cancelled and would not be coming. When I called to inquire as to why I was pushed off to one person, then the next, then the next. Ultimately they just wanted to let me know that I could not be helped. Ultimately I felt like they just wanted to ping pong me around until I gave up. In the end they got my money, and I didn’t get the product I paid for

We had completely given up on Blaze Pizza after more than one bad experience at the Beverly Grove location. We saw this location at Sepulveda and Washington in Culver City and thought we would give it another try. We are back in love with Blaze!! Fresh, fast and great pizza!!! It is a little further drive for us but definitely will be back to this location!!

Always love some great quality pizza… This is the first time I had their new keto crust and it was amazing. We had lots of toppings, the staff was there with a big smile and ready to help and our pizza came out to perfection. I have given five stars except the lobby and serving area was a bit drafty, dim, cold and a bit dirty but I’ll definitely be back
