I was a patient for approx 15 yrs & only left because she was having surgery & not expected to be back for a long time due to therapy. Also was of the impression she was retiring. It’s not easy to find a good primary & ive been unhappy ever since I left Dr Milligan. She is an excellent doctor & well worth the long waits. She is the ONLY doctor who has correctly diagnosed me with whatever was wrong. I regret leaving her every time I go to my current primary.

THE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. This is the only review I've ever wrote so that should tell you something. The people working the front desk DO NOT EVER answer the phones. Every single time i try to get ahold of them they put me on hold and then send me to voicemail. Sometimes I'll call them up to 15 times in a day and still nothing. I've left so many voicemails and they rarely ever call me back and if they do its days or even weeks later. So frustrating.

I don't normally write negative reviews, but the staff here definitely deserves a ZERO. They don't call back, or follow up on anything. We can get better treatment at the dog park!

My family and I moved here from New Jersey in 2018 and we’ve been seeing the nurse practitioner since we’ve moved here . Let me tell you when I say the staff that works here sincerely cares, they do! They always refill my dads medications when requested and whenever he’s not well, they are quick to call him and talk to him to get straight to the point and accommodate him if need be. I’m so happy I found this place and I feel so comfortable knowing my dads health is in good hands. Highly recommended I wish I can give this place 10 stars!
