No stars for this garbage medical place - Unprofessional / nasty personnel / the owner is disrespectful - my father passed on 1/1/22 and still today 2/2/22 a month later they won't sign the Death Certificate - Betsy cannot do her job to even get a police reports pulled from the website for the life of her - I have called over and over again and they see my number so they just pick up and hang up the phone. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!

Tbh this is the best clinic I’ve ever been to, the staff is very nice and help you out on pretty much everything. The doctors are also great and they take the time to explain and be resourceful. Thank you!

I had the best experience at Care Cross Medical Center. I was feeling so sick but the way I was treated by front desk staff and medical professionals had me feeling much better. They are a very caring group of individuals and very efficient as well. Didn't wait long and got all my meds onsite. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of primary and urgent care services.

Very bad clinic if anybody has gone to this clinic please I recommend to call your insurance and see what they are charging your insurance they are doing a lot of fraud here they are making appointments but Not telling their patients And charging the insurance the Visit that you never even been to Also ask for your medical records they gonna give you hell to give you your records but please ask for them... double check tell your families and friends to help you out To Go through your records and call your medical insurance Please don't let this please take advantage of your love ones We open an investigation and you can do it too. we have Proof and of people who have worked there that have videos and recorded conversations of what they are doing
