This place, have people that are no professionals even with a master degree they need to listen to customer, i was there and told the nurse that i need to take my pill for the blood pressure and she deside to put a bad reference for a job I was applying for, also she reported a blood pressure that was not right

I had received orders for various tests per my employer. All was done except the drug screen, I was confused because I did provide a urine sample. Concentra stated it was not ordered (however the nurse i spoke to at the front desk said it was ordered, the paperwork was sent to them and she wasn't sure who told me this and they were wrong.) After a week of back and forth from concentra and my employer I was told I had to come back for drug screen. The application used for drug screens was done and I had to sit and wait for hours holding my urine in hopes of the systems to come back up. This should have been done initially. Upside the doctor and nurse who took care of me during initial visit was kind and funny despite waiting 2 hours to be seen.

i called and a woman with an english or australian accent answered the phone. This location should really be careful with who answers their phones because she is the most nastiest and rudest person i have ever had to speak to. Not professional whatsoever!

Front desk ladies were so nice and helpful. I was seen pretty quickly for it being the end of the day and I believe I was diagnosed properly. Additionally, the doctor was very attentive and addressed my concerns directly as opposed to dismissing them. The only issue I had was that the nursing staff seemed to be rushing around and juggling multiple things at one time and at one point I saw another patient in a room across from mine in a medical gown, which I believe the doors should have been closing both on my room and the other patients for privacy but they were often left open as the nurses raced around. Otherwise, it was a great experience!
