A very different kind of dining experience. The appetizers and deserts are fantastic and really match what comes to mind when you think "fondue". The main course is a bit more complicated, as it mostly consists of meat that you will have to boil yourself. It's all very good and the sauce selection is amazing, just make sure you don't over-cook things and are prepared to semi-awkwardly fish your meal out piece-by-piece. While it isn't cheap, it's an overall fun spot to visit at least once.

First off I don’t come to this establishment all the time but the service was amazing. At first it took awhile to get seated despite the reservation but the manager on duty definitely took care of us and communicated with us. Dominic our server was Top Notch, he was informative, clean and a master of timing. He spoiled us and gave my party the show and polite nature as I am sure he does with everyone. Thank you for giving me my monies worth.

What an incredible experience! From the service down to the croutons, everything was perfection. My husband and I went here for our anniversary. From roses in a vase to writing happy anniversary in beautifully colored frosting, I don't think our night could have gone any better. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing!Thank you to the amazing staff for making our anniversary dinner perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience tonight at The Melting Pot. Walking in without reservations on a Friday evening was a long shot; but, we were surprised by the hostess encouraging her manager to put our party of four in the large party room. Emily was our server, and she was attentive and caring. She, and the managers on duty, went out of their way to make me, my wife & kids feel special. Our kids had never experienced fondue before. The cheese fondue was excellent, as expected. The salads and main course we're wonderful. Finally, was the chocolate fondue!!! We split milk chocolate turtle & s'mores. Best of all was the amazing service. Thanks from us to everyone involved. We were celebrating after a dance recital for my kids. They decorated a plate by writing "congratulations" in edible sugars and brought out complimentary champagne for the adults and sparkling cider for my kids. It's hard to find businesses that work this well as a team. Loved every minute of the 2 hour meal.
