We had a problem finding our water shut off valve in back of our home. Since there’s was a leakage inside one of the bathroom and we couldn’t stop it we called the water district. After digging for quiet some time Travis Johnson found the buried shut off valve. He definitely saved the day for us. We even tried to offered him a tip but said no thank you! He clearly loves doing he’s job and shall be promoted to a higher position. Keep up the great customer service.

Our water bills are increasing 30 to 50 dollars a month. The water department is literally screwing us on this. Theyre saying its to filter out a natural occurring element that has no immediate impact on our health. This is a bunch of bull. This is just the city robbing our hard earned money. They dont even deserve the one star. We need to stop these thieves.

THANK YOU, Juan Martinez and CVWD for promptly responding my report of multiple Del Webb Sun City-Palm Desert residents who have been experiencing a sudden invasion by cockroaches in their homes via the toilets, evidently originating from the sewer. Mr, Martinez' courteousness and concern and his expediting a CVWD crew to inspect for infestations by lifting 20 manhole covers and treating the accessible locations is greatly appreciated by Sun City residents.

Called to complain regarding my current water bill, explanation received was not sensible based upon my home and the number of people that live here. We have only two people living here and only water our front grass three days a week. The problem must be in your estimating, it's not in our actual usage. We would like a refund of the penalty charge for the current posting.

I don't work there but I'm sure they have that info on their website.

Why are 4 wave pools/water parks approved or under consideration for construction in the Coachella Valley when they consume untold millions of gallons of potable water during a period of catastrophic drought?

I don't know. I don't live there.Go ask City Hall instead of bothering me.

I know that the water company hired new water meter readers, are they reading it correctly? no leak, no extra uses of water, how could the bill be so high? I need an explanation

I had this same issue. All water usage on my property was checked. No leaks anywhere. I opened the meter at the street and made a note of the figures and then again in 30 days and the usage was at or near normal usage; YET the month before this I received a bill for$439.35. This is enough water to fill a large pool SIX times? Let me hear from anyone else who has had a similar problem.

what is tier 4? why is my bill so high this month?
