I go to get my package on the porch and it's in a trash bag. I'm like why did they do that? Well because my drinks were spilled and leaking so they decided instead of not delivering the package that it's better to put my leaking box in a trash bag and pretend nothing happened. But knowing that clearly w.e is inside is busted. Makes no sense.

I have been coming to the post office in Coachella for almost 15 years a.d the staff I'd always courteous and very helpful. The staff are very polite to me and are very professional in terms of appearance, knowledge, and customer service. The staff know me by name and that is very nice. I give the post office A+. Thanks for your years of service.

Worst staff ever! After my mom clearly stated that the items in the package were fragile they completely ignored her. All items were ruined upon arrival! This place needs to hire staff that listens because it’s obvious that they do not know how to follow simple instructions! This is pathetic!
