You can hear male nurses talking about "walking to work buzzed" as an achievement. Very unprofessional. The nurse who took my BP told me to wait and I waited 2hrs for a simple TB test. They had "accidentally" checked me out, meaning that they had completed their service when in fact they did not! Only go here if any other clinics are full and its a life and death situation.

I had a phone conulstation with a dr here at 930 am and nobody ever callled me. Its literally about to be 1230. And everytime i call they either hang up or have me on hold for moree than 15 min. Ive been more than patient . Its not professional of them and ive also had mulitple problems in the begining here when my daughter was a newborn trying to get a refferal changed because loma linda told me that the dr had sent the wrong refferal in the first place . Also when you go here in person your waiting an hr or more when there is not that many people or almost nobody there. These complaints i have have been building up for awhile now but the phone situation put the tip on the iceberg for me

My girlfriend and i have been to this clinic multiple times unfortunately it has made my girlfriend and i completely uncomfortable to be a patient there because of a female employee their at this clinic Named Rosemary Quiroz that devastating Personality speaks to patients with an terrible attitude, when spoken to she has literally rudely ignored us or responded to us in an Impolitely matter it has gotten to where she has even got loud for a gd minute with us. Where my girlfriend had enough of her attitude and feeling harassed, and politely confronted her about her impolitely way of speaking and treating us, but unfortunately she didn’t take us seriously and decided to walkaway responding something in spanish and Laughed i was completely shocked! with the Situation. and cannot believe how they could Allow their employee to act in an Unacceptable manner with patients without bringing it to her Attention”not sure why they have Allowed her to work at this clinic After this situation and past times. it’s upsetting and an Awful feeling not to return to this clinic where we have been happy to be seen & well taken cared of by the Doctors & their Great service.
