Had a tour and tasting here, and it was excellent. This is a true independent distillery. The facility is gorgeous with five different stills in their (almost) fully automated system. The tasting was really fun and showed the diversity of this fantastic distillery. Left with a single malt bottle and sampler. Will be coming back for more.

Lewis was as kind a host as he is brilliant. His distillery is an incredible masterpiece of engineering, technology, and design. Meticulously beautiful, down to each detail, including packaging. Oh and the bourbon, scotch 🥃 and gin are awesome. We tasted an 18 month Bourbon, a 5 year bourbon, a single malt scotch, a triple cask single malt, and their 11 herb Gin. I walked out with an ultra smooth 5 yr bourbon that at 100 proof is shockingly easily too drink. Go!

If I could give this place 10 stars out of 5 I would. It is an absolutely incredible distillery with even better staff. I had the pleasure of hanging out with Blake, probably the most knowledgable distiller I've ever met. He took time to walk through a lot of different options for a Rum gift and we ended up with a direct cask-pour which was unreal. Then I made the mistake of asking what else they have which concluded with a personal purchase of their cask strength single malt. Unbelievable experience, great staff and beautiful location. We are 100% booking a tour and looking forward to the next time we stop by!

Went there for a tasting/tour in January as a christmas present. It started a little odd and unorganized, but it was a lot of fun. I've gone on probably a dozen or more distillery/brewery tours and this was one of my favorites. The owner gave us the tour and was extremely personable and friendly! He answered every question and has a gorgeous distillery. the tasting was also great with excellent backstory and personality behind each pour. It was clear that the owner was excited to share his craft - he was generous with his pours and was eager to discuss the my opinions and tasting notes . I stuck to whiskey and I enjoyed each pour a lot (i bought two bottles). My only critique/caution is that everything is a bit pricey - the tour wasn't cheap and the bottles in the shop are between $60 and $100, which I am fine paying for the quality, but it still adds up pretty quickly. Overall, I highly recommend to people looking for a small distillery experience and some truly unique tasting whiskey.

Sorry, we would not know that. What we do know: we make superior whiskies.
Come to The Whiskey Store right next to the distillery. Cask#1 bottles are running out but a few may still be available.
