I am not an avid fan of Vallarta Markets and have had issues with some products purchased in the past at their Pasadena location. This was the first time at this location. On the outside, the building looks old and dilapidated, however, the vegetables and chicken breast with the bone and skin that I purchased were quite good. I may return only because the items I purchased were good.

Amazing place to shop at if you're in the mood for Mexican and other Hispanic foods and products. They have hot food too, so come with an open appetite.

It's a fun store it has all your Latino staples. If you know what a staple is. The handmade tortillas are not handmade they're just hand-pressed I'm sorry but when you say handmade use the hands like my grandma used to make. But the takeout is a pretty good just make sure that they deep down and do it right. Satisfaction all the way. Customer service is good and I usually go for the pan duce's
