We stayed in house #2. Views were beautiful, easy, quick access to state park, furnished well with everything we needed, owner was super easy to work with a quick to respond with any questions we had. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed in home #2 for a family weekend trip. There were 11 adults & 4 toddlers. The home is very beautiful, & spacious, with a great location next to the water. The outside patio, fire pit & seating made for enjoyable family time playing games or BBQ grilling. The home has a fully stocked kitchen & bathrooms/showers were stocked with everything including body soap & shampoo. We only had to bring clothes, food & drinks.

We spent a week in Lake Home #1 - a great home in a wonderful location. The view is amazing and it's in a quiet area but still close enough to Yankton to easily get any food and supplies needed. We had 8 adults and 6 children (ages 6 to 16) and everyone had a bed in a bedroom. No one sleeping on hide-aways nor Murphy beds in living areas. Two bedrooms have California beds which the 6 grandchildren liked. The three bathrooms, two full kitchens, extra refrigerator, washer/dryer made it more complete than any rental we've had. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone - dining, conversation, games, relaxing. And plenty of room when other family members joined us for an afternoon and/or evening. The Wifi worked well. The owner was very easy to work with and offers you first pick at the same week the next year. Made our family event even more special!

We were not at the Lake Front Rental but in Rental 2 with the lovely wrap-around porch. Perfect for a family gathering with our 3 grandchildren, who took over the lower level! The tremendous view from the porch is the best part along with the view of tops of trees, nature, and view of the lake. A firepit allowed the tradition of s'mores and yes, camp songs. The central location is close to the marina that offers great rates if you are also boating. Thanks for opening your home to us. (Our grandson, 14, wants the house for keeps!)

We just stayed there last week with a large number of family. It sleeps 15 so just two seniors would be expensive. Around $2000 a week. Not sure about exact pricing because my parents paid for it.
