We had rented a scooter in San Diego to go to Disneyland. When we arrived at our hotel we discovered that they did not give us a charger. We contact a gentlemen from Apple Scooter and he came to see the scooter at our hotel and left a charger at the office for us no charge. He went above and beyond to help us. THANK YOU
