Fun little 9 hole track in the middle of the Northwoods. Greens were in great condition, and the sand traps were very well maintained. Fairways were a little chewy in spots, but the overall condition of the course far exceeded our expectations. We needed a "warm-up" round before hitting the Giants Ridge courses this weekend, and the Babbitt muni fit the bill perfectly. It's not long or challenging, so it provides a great boost to your shot-making confidence!

Two of my sons and I played this course in early August. We had a fun round, although the distance was a little long for my 8 year old. The course is basically flat with some sand and water. The fairways are wide with relative sparse trees in the rough. The greens are often elevated a few feet above the fairway, which prevents chip and run. There are 9 holes: 2 par threes, 6 par fours and 1 par five. Total distance is 3,291 yards, 3,039 and 2,655 yards, blue, white and red, respectively. The turf conditions were good for the latitude and sandy soil.
