I have been living in one of the townhomes for a few months, so far the experience has been positive. Pros: service requests are fulfilled on time. Staffs appear to be professional and friendly. Environment is kept clean. Cons: the townhome wasn't clean upon moving in, and there were quite a few issues as well, for example, kitchen sink was leaking underneath. The dishwasher is quite old comparing to the dishwasher I had at the last apartment, and it doesn't clean dishes very well. Other than 4 small ceiling lights at the dining area and bathrooms, there is no ceiling fan/light in other rooms.

Demonic Omens

Lived here for a few years now, I have roommates so the parking can be frustrating but we usually get by. Have had a couple of small issues with plowing schedule but management was more than willing to talk to us and make it right, which we appreciated. The maintenance staff is hands down the best in any complex i’ve ever lived. They are fast, and considerate! As someone who does maintenance myself I can tell you they are top notch! We have had our basement flood and pipe burst over the years we’ve lived here and maintenance was always on top of the issue! If there was on thing I could change it’d be just to have more guest/overflow parking.

I love living here! I just signed my third lease. There is a real sense of community, and I feel like this is home. Lisa, Julie, and Meghan know me by name. They are quick to address anything I need from a small to large repair. The maintenance staff are great as well. They are respectful, and skilled in their work. The property is very well groomed too. This is a quiet, neighbor friendly place to live! Just where I want to be.

Some of my relatives live at Bass Lake Townhomes. It is such a great community, everything is always so clean and the pool is well kept. Maintenance always responds quickly to my mother’s work orders. Meghan and Julie are so wonderful to work with, I can tell that they are passionate about their community and residents! I look forward to visiting this community for many years to come.
