I loved this place. Perhaps the best part was how much time and effort Joe was willing to put into helping me select my shrimp, teaching me about good aquarium care, helping me make the right choices and stopping me from buying things I do not need. I loved the entire shop. There is so much to choose from and so many varieties. And not just shrimp but also other fish. I also think it was thoughtful of him to keep the shop open later than closing time to help me out. I would recommend the Shack a million times over. It is worth a visit at least to see how beautiful it is and to learn things that are rarely taught and we do not often see on the internet when it comes to care and set-up of aquariums. Don't miss out on this wonderful place.

Joe is extremely helpful, and a good businessman, it’s either the best prices in town or he sure makes it feel like it! (No it’s really pretty decent prices) Live stock is healthy and happy, and he’s very helpful. He will answer all your questions and present you with simple solution. I love all his hobbies, he sells Pokémon cards and snacks in there too! Joe’s the real deal, he’s traveled around the world and has great companies backing him in the shop. Also sells RO water at a great price! Go see for yourselves folks!

This is legit the nicest shrimp selection I've ever seen. The store is small and kind of tucked away, but if you're looking for shrimp or wood accents for your aquarium I think you'd have a hard time finding a better place for that. The prices are also very reasonable.
