I'd just like to start by saying Stacey at Grand Rapids GM is great to work with. She was very responsive and easy to get a hold of while I waited for my truck. She knew I was anxious to get the truck delivered and kept me updated throughout the process. As soon as the truck came in she told me about it and sent pictures. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Production time is slow currently so don't order a truck if you don't have patience. Most importantly, remember that this is not the dealerships fault! I live near Duluth but decided to work with Grand Rapids GM because I grew up with family here and wanted to help support this town that's been so good to me my entire life. Other than the long wait time for a truck, which was outside the control of the dealership, I had a great experience. I would highly recommend asking for Stacey and working with this dealership in the future. Thank you!

Just called and spoke with Tina in the service department. She was fantastic and found an appointment for us next week. If the service is as good as the phone call we will definitely be using this dealership from now on. We've been dealing with the dealership in Bemidji and not very happy at all!! Praying this will be a positive from here on out!
