I rented 2 storage units on Hwy 169 outside Grand Rapids for the past 15 months. The service and product provided by LeAnn were exceptional. They provided free use of a moving trailer, assistance with setting up automatic payment, notices before and after payment dates and clean and secure facilities. When I vacated their storage units I received a prompt refund for unused time. LeAnn was even my go to person for a repair service recommendation when my car got a flat tire in the Grand Rapids area! A+...They do a great job of running their business.

I have rented storage units all over and have never had the exceptional service that I had at City Limits! I was lucky to get the size of unit I needed after a friendly phone call with LeAnn & appreciated being able to complete all the necessary "paperwork" via an email. Having an automatic bill pay option is really convenient! Ron then met me at the unit and explained the door/lock system. Security-wise, the surveillance cameras are reassuring. I even received an email when I had not locked my unit properly! Also, it was so helpful that a month's notice is not required before vacating the space. (I even received a refund for the days I didn't use the last month.) LeAnn and Ron clearly value their customers and I very much appreciated their helpful, courteous professionalism! I would recommend City Limits without hesitation!

After reviewing area options for storage, we chose City Limits Storage Center because of their rate and availability. Their customer service was an added benefit. The grounds were always well maintained and clear, even in the winter months. The free access to the trailer also saved us from renting a trailer. The units were clean and in excellent condition. They were easy to communicate with. We had zero issues and will definitely go with them again should we have storage needs in the future. In the meantime, I will be recommending them to anybody I know in the area looking for storage.
