This is the WORST bank for customer service I've ever delt with. I bank at 2 other banks who I'm sure are short staffed like everyone else. You cant bank during lunch because they shut the WHOLE thing down from 1130 till 1 pm..they have ONE teller in the drive through at yhe busiest times while you watch other employees walking around inside...cant go in without an appointment...even if you call first while sitting in the drive through waiting for over 20 minutes to make a deposit mind you they lie and say oh yea we got a couple pple working the windows but when you get up there nope still just ONE. Not to mention they did away with deposit slips so everytime you wanna make one you sit longer while they ask for account numbers and how much cash you depositing.

Drive 1.5 hours up to Grand Rapids to make a big purchase, and can’t access my money. Bank lobby is closed. ATM not working. Drive through closed. Not answering phone.
