I have worked with Ben on three occasions, one commercial lease, and two residential deals. Two instances had hiccups arise that would jeopardize most deals. However, Ben's ability to adapt, communicate quickly, and overcome obstacles saved the day. I often tell people neither deal would have closed without the work of my agent.
