Ordered quail eggs and it took 4 months for them to ship. Several of them were cracked but that could have been the shipping. Customer service is poor in my opinion and the eggs shipped the day of my last email with no notification.

I bought a single black Birmingham roller pigeon male as a mate for my rescued female and he came healthy and he's friendly and beautiful! Super happy, 10/10

Preventable Tragedies

I placed my order on June 13 on a old frill pigeon. In less than 48hrs I had unexpected personal issues concerning family health and money and needed to cancel my order. I messaged them two times through THEIR website for an order cancellation. I received an email June 27. I felt relief that my order was cancelled but to my horror it was a TRACKING NUMBER. The amount of frustration of having to go out and panic buy with money I shouldn’t be spending at the moment I can’t describe the feeling. DO BETTER WITH COMMUNICATION!! What’s the point of people reaching out if you don’t pay attention!?!

I ordered 10 chocolate turkeys last year only 2 died in the 1st day and 7 more in the 1st week only 1 survived, out of 10!!!!! They only refunded me for 2 because you only have 24 hrs to report deaths. They do this in hopes they will at least make it a few days then they are not responsible for refunding you anymore. Not full breed chocolate either has white in it. Horrible hatchery!!!
