Bumping my stars up to four because of the woman that helped me find my painting needs. I explained I have no idea what I’m doing and that I’m painting my apartment over that I’m moving into because the landlord said she would take it off the rent. She make sure I didn’t get all the expensive stuff and didn’t try to up sell anything. She was very nice and pleasant. She also explained the ceiling is a different kind of paint which I had no idea. The only reason why I’m still not going with five stars is because the lines at this location are horrible. There long and there is never more than 2 open. I’m a pretty patient guy but it gets crazy. Also, when the heck did a 9 volt battery start costing $10? CraZy.

I can't say enough for the ladies who helped me on, 5/5/2022, at customer service. They're always friendly, extremely patient and professional. My experience is always a positive one when I shop at Lowe's Abington! Thank you ladies of customer service 🙂

Nice lady at the paint department... DIRECTED meE where the electrical dep. 4 a heavy-duty CORD + where flashlights where she was a doll... RefuseD 2 use the automatic cashier dispensing things!!! went to customer service*** so I could deal with... A Human. Tesla 9 RV MAN.

I really like Lowe's when needing hardware-type supplies. It has a great variety and employees are very knowledgeable. My only complaint is the trade-off of huge selection vs. having to walk across the length of the huge store to get the thing that I needed. I don't know if they are cutting back on bags, but the VERY talkative check-out clerk didn't give me one for the couple of things that I bought.
