Good fishing on the lakes. All the cabins have gas grills. Broadwater lodge is a relaxed environment.

We love this place. Y It's a small resort on Woman Lake east of Hackensack Minnesota. You go directly to your cabin. No check in unless you've never been there so you can get the lay of the land. They are there to help you if you need it but no one bothers you otherwise. We go before and after the season so it is mostly fishermen (and women). Nice grocery store in Longville for your convenience. Turtle Town Cafe and Anchorage are good places to eat.

Whether you are looking for a couples trip away with your spouse or a memorial vacation with your family, this resort in northern Minnesota is where you want to be. The owner does a terrific job keeping everything looking tight, neat and up to date. The lake itself is breathtaking and possibly the best part of the resort. All in all it’s an amazing location for a vacation. My only complaint is with the grounds keeper, Darren. I wish he was a more friendly and accommodating man.
