Good selection of decent-quality goods, from clothing and jewelry to household appliances, linen, and even some good chocolates and sweets. Good sale and clearance prices. Employees are competent and courteous, but the store is understaffed. Difficult to find help out on the floor if you need it. Kohl's provides return service drop-off for Amazon purchases, which is nice.

My wife loves the Kohls discounts. Something is always on a deal. I call Kohls the throw away store. Their clothes look nice. You buy them, wear them once. Wash them... they come out looking like rags then you throw them away. Good prices, wear them once then discard...
