Huge sign in store says “Free Battery checks and Installation”. Well it should have a disclaimer on there that says “unless it’s cold out”. My daughter and I were refused service because the employees refused to go outside due to the cold! Are you serious?! We live in Minnesota! It’s cold 8 months out of the year! All we needed was a 2 minute test so we went over to Auto Zone and they were happy to help. Won’t ever go back to O’reilly .
