Just want to say THANK YOU👍👍🤗🤗 to Eleanor at the front desk for finding me a room at 11:30pm after Fairfield Inn in Shakopee gave mine away (with no notification) and everywhere else was already booked up. She was fantastic on the phone, held the room for me with no credit card while I frantically drove there, and was so incredibly sweet and accommodating that I wanted to cry tears of relief. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The staff are more than pleasant they are extremely friendly and accommodating. It is not a “ modern” hotel however it has been kept with great care and it shows. Incredible clean, organized, and comfortable. The beds were quite nice. Not hard. And the sheets and pillows were truly enjoyable to the skin . Not the usual sandpaper of less expensive hotels. The pool is very small but great fun with kids. The hot tub is huge and really hot. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Location is excellent and it was a perfect over night , last minute get away for my family and I . Would stay again for certain .

Positive: The lobby was clean and inviting. Great breakfast variety and large dining space. Front desk staff were very friendly and efficient Negative: Room was run down. Sheets did not fit bed so you could see the mattress. We found food on the floor and stains on the comforter. Black fuzz in the sheets. NO hot water when we showered. Very small pool and door was broken to get in.
