Worst service EVER!!!! After my order posts “done” online, I arrive there after to pick up. I pay them, at that point I am told they burnt my pizzas beyond recognition, to pull to parking lot and someone will bring it out to me……23 minutes later, front door is locked, I go thru the drive thru AGAIN waiting another 10 minutes……and when I asked her if she told me she was going to bring it out to me in 7 minutes???? She snottily said Yea sooorrrryyyy….. I DO NOT believe she was at all!!!!! Looks like I will be going to Casey’s from now on….. I can handle mistakes but snottiness is not for meeeee

Another unhappy experience. We ordered online it says it’s ready, we had requested pick up inside as we have a large passenger van, they won’t let you in, sit in line behind 2 other cars. We sit there for about 8-10 minutes- why didn’t they have the person pull ahead? Finally get up, asked for a receipt and it was like an inconvenience. Got home and had to cut the pizza ourselves. It’s pizza why does it have to be this hard?
