Had a brief discussion with the owner, it appears he is very dedicated to make kozy oak campground the best it can be.

Had a great time recently and enjoyed my overnight stay. Met other campers and walked the grounds for the first time. Also saw the recreational lake on premise but never did see the access point for actual use. Although this place could benefit from allowing their paying residents to relax a bit, overall it was more enjoyable than my last experience.

Only used their dump station. But met the owner and his sister - so nice! $10.00 to dump, but water was not turned on yet. Looked like a nice place and will visit in the summer.

We love Kozy Oaks because it's a beautiful space in a family environment. We have been here several times and we'll be back!

Yes very pet friendly. I've been camping there 18 years and its a great place to be. We are also very people friendly too. 💚
Yes they have activies for family and for kids on the weekends and they have alot of space for permentancy !! I love kozy oaks very clean and quiet
At this time there are no seasonal sites. Go to website kozyoakskamp.com for information.
Sorry, the dump station closes with the kampground Nov 1. Tanks need to be pumped down for the winter.
No.. that is something you would need to bring.
There are tent sites available. Dont know of leeches, but it is very weedy. There is a pool there that is really nice though, plus mini golf, horse shoes, as well as canoes and paddleboats.
I know it's rated per hour I have been up here for 24 years and I know I used to be a dollar an hour now it might be $2 an hour. Not totally sure cuz I normally never took a canoe out
The public may use the dump station for a $10 fee during the camping season. Always be careful what you put in your tank. No wipes, They DO NOT break down and can clog the system.
Prices are definitely reasonable I mean if you check around with anything else this close to the city you're probably not going to find something that will ease the pocketbook as much as this place will. As far as the $1,400 a year, it's $1,350 for a year that includes weekends holidays and one week of vacation, for $1,450 a year it includes and unlimited use of your seasonal site. As far as gas swimming that is something you have to check with the office. Swimming for seasonals which would include anybody that lives in your house hold is free for your gas check the fan sports or brochures and it will give you listings for your visitors. I have been here 24 years has seen two different owners and I would not go anywhere but here at this point in time.
