Horrible customer service drink was burnt I had a very simple request turtle mocha in a large cup with extra whip cream with no lid they refused to take the lid off so the extra whip cream that I payed for would not melt or get stuck to the lid when I got my drink all the extra whip cream that I payed for was melted would not recommend going there!

Service was good and the drink was adequate, but they seem to be in a hurry blending and I get bug chunks of ice in my drink.

This is a frequent stop for me and at any and all times of the day. Service is always terrific. I mean really, really good. Today I was there over lunch and there were four people ahead of me. I thought I'd be there for a little while. Again this North Branch shop impressed me with how easily and quickly they took care of everyone. Well Done!
